Production Historicals
"Meat Cute"
Here are examples of the production documentation/spreadsheets that we utilized to successfully complete the 2D animated short film, "Meat Cute" (2024).

01
Gantt chart schedule
We utilized a Gantt chart as an overall view of production to determine deadlines for big milestones and weekly assignments for our artists and volunteers.
02
Shot List
The Shot List is a very integral piece of documentation that aids in delegating shots to their perspective artists and estimating the amount of time and labor is required to execute it successfully

03
Progress tracker
The Progress Tracker is a tool used to calculate the percentage of accomplished tasks in the stages of production. This is good to get an overall estimate of completion as well as boosting team morale.
04
Asset List "Irreplaceable"
The Asset List is a crucial part of production tracking, as it is a breakdown of what needs to be created and at what stage it is currently in. For "Irreplaceable" (a CG hybrid short) our stages started from Concept Art and went all the way through Modeling, Texturing, & Rigging.
